The web has always been a passion. Jason started making websites for local bands while still in high school. In college he founded his first development firm with three fellow classmates where he created websites, custom applications, and print media for small businesses in New York, Pennsylvania and Ohio. After leaving that venture in 2007, Jason started project⁴¹ to branch out in new directions and improve his craft.

Jason is heavily involved with each new project by managing development efforts and monitoring overall functionality to ensure the right solutions are launched successfully. He specializes in understanding the needs of our clients and developing solutions to enhance their online presence in meaningful and awesome ways.

Ashley may have got her degree in Political Science, but quickly strayed from that career path to indulge her creative side and become a successful freelance artist. Soon she made the transition to digital art and started making custom illustrations for project⁴¹ clients. Ashley also added project management and content strategy to her list of daily tasks as project⁴¹ continued to grow.

Ashley is the first and last person each client speaks with throughout the lifetime of their project. On top of managing content strategy and social media efforts, she also coordinates each project from end to end to ensure its success. Her ongoing pursuit for excellence and extreme attention to detail make her a necessary asset for every project.
